Pressure? Check. The TPMS Sensor Check Box pressurizes a TPMS sensor to simulate in-tire condition before sensor installation or during bench testing. The box helps to identify gaps in readings between the tire filling gauge and the TPMS sensor. It is used in conjunction with a tire filling gauge. Test sensors for defects before mounting to the wheel For laboratory bench testing or check-up in workshop environment 1 - Place sensor into slot 2- Close lid, secured by latch 3 - Fill box with pressure 4 - Trigger sensor with a TPMS scan tool

Industrial TPMS Unit The VT520 is fully integrated within the automated factory system. The system places sensors in the proper state for “end of line” installation on car & truck assembly lines, or at wheel and tire fitting plants. The VT520 system is an end of line or final installation for production lines. The automatic or manual system process allows for minimal to full user interaction, depending on final line volume. The goal of the end of line process is to activate and read all TPMS sensors, then transfer the data to the vehicle’s ECU, or transfer the data to the tire fitting plant database system for review. Once configured, the system is protected from involuntary manipulation, thanks to the lockout key mode. OEM specific software Sensor state manipulation (ship, park, test, transmission, etc.) RS232 or RS485 data transfer Lockout key mode, to avoid manipulation Compatible with ASCII and Modbus communication protocols Fully PLC (product line) controlled
