RTL ZX - Applications

The RTL (Rotating Tool Lathe) operates in contrast to other finishing machines in reverse: The workpiece is fixed and the tool rotates. You can clamp the pipe securely from the end up to an outer diameter of 323 mm and start machining. No long setup time: Simply insert the pipe, clamp it tight, and start processing! RTL ZX follows the same machining principle as Beaver CNC. However, compared to Beaver CNC, RTL ZX offers more precise end results and a faster cycle time per chamfer. The pipe thread forms a spiral comb at the end of a pipe, allowing it to connect pipes together. Threaded pipes provide an effective seal, especially for pipes transporting oil, gas, and liquids.
