Textile packaging in tubular mesh used for dressing beef, large hindquarters, calves, pigs, lambs, sheep, and half-pigs. Material: 100% polyester or 100% cotton, compliant with regulation (CE/10/2011) regarding materials and objects in contact with foodstuffs. Presentation in rolls of 10kg, individually packaged. Diameter: from 3cm to 150cm, stretchable. Method of use: the user slips the stockinette on like a sock around the suspended carcass, cuts the knit to the desired length, ties a knot at the bottom, and secures it at the top of the carcass.
