cryogenic deburring as bulk material

In cryogenic deburring, the respective molded parts are deburred using liquid nitrogen in combination with plastic granulate. This process gives the molded part its final desired installation shape. Depending on the material and geometry, precise setting parameters are established and documented. This method ensures a consistently precise, reproducible, uniform, and clean finishing at all times. There is a 100% guarantee that there will be no color, geometric, or surface changes, nor alterations in material properties! We can perform cryogenic deburring at temperatures between -20 and -150 °C, making it particularly suitable for complex or delicate geometries, including those with undercuts. The materials to be processed range from non-ferrous metal die casting, rubber/elastomers, to highly filled technical plastics.
