We have several co-injection molding machines, one of which features dual injection. All are equipped with robots and automated systems for loading inserts and inspecting the finished product. In addition to standard horizontal presses, we also have vertical presses with rotating tables. We are capable of co-injecting plastic onto metal as well as plastic onto plastic. The most commonly used materials for co-injection molding are: - PP - PBT - PA - ABS - TPE - PPS - PEEK All workstations in the co-injection molding process are equipped with process controls to verify cycle stability and discard potentially defective parts if necessary: a procedure that allows us to deliver 100% verified components.
