TRACTO-TECHNIK develops, produces, and distributes machines and accessories for the underground installation and renewal of pipelines. This trenchless "NODIG" technology is used in the construction of utility networks for water, gas, electricity, telecommunications, district heating, in fiber optic networking, pipeline construction, as well as in wastewater disposal. The customers for these specialized machines mainly come from the civil engineering and specialized foundation engineering sectors, but utility providers and network operators are also included. In all production processes, TT places great importance on top-notch manufacturing quality. Even during the procurement of materials, TT focuses on suppliers with the highest quality standards. Particularly, the steel is subjected to strict quality controls that run like a common thread throughout the entire manufacturing process. State-of-the-art manufacturing technology, highly precise CNC-controlled machining centers turn, drill, mill, and grind the workpieces into shape. Heavily stressed parts such as drill heads or pistons undergo an elaborate hardening process. Other workpieces are corrosion-protected through chrome plating or galvanization. With the final inspection, everything possible has been done to ensure a powerful and durable product.
