Ultra-high viscosity and vacuum emulsifying mixer adopts a combination of high emulsifying , low speed stirring and combining. In the process, the material is processed repeatedly with heavy shearing force, compressing, grinding, homo-mixing and dispersing. The stirring paddles scrape off the material attaching on the inner surface as they rotate to increase the effect of homogeneous mixing.
