TDS suction mixers draw in powder, liquids, or gases below the liquid level and simultaneously homogenize the contents of the tank. The required vacuum for suction is generated in the mixing head. The machine is installed at the top of the tank using a flange or traverse. Alternatively, the TDS suction mixer can operate on a lifting structure. The powder is drawn in from a container and introduced below the liquid level, allowing for immediate mixing and wetting. The mixing head generates the necessary negative pressure for this process. Dust formation during powder intake is prevented by drawing directly from the bag. Effective micro and macro mixing of the entire tank contents occurs while powder is being drawn in. Complete dust exchange and homogeneity at all tank levels are achieved through the jet mixing principle. Direct wetting occurs below the liquid level. Liquids and gases can also be drawn in.
