They are small in size, pearshaped, with a smooth skin which is the color of light hazelnut, they have an orange pulp, which is soft and sweet, and their seeds are located in the lower part. They are very versatile and can be prepared in many different ways, they can be served as sweet or savory, and everything can be consumed, the pulp, the skin and the seeds.
