Soft-coated Solar & Heat Control Glass

Reflective glasses are solar control glasses with reflection characteristic. Prevents solar heat transition into buildings, controls the luminosity of sunlight, keeps inside cooler and reduces energy consumption. Offers a uniform appearance between vision and spandrel areas due to its high reflectance. Creates mirror effect from brighter direction of light. For example, it provides one-way view from inside to outside during day hours and from outside to inside during night. Can be toughened, heat strengthened and bent. Lamination and enameling are also possible.

Tinted glass is manufactured by adding coloring agents to the raw batch before melting process. Advantages Offers wide options to designers and customers to create aesthetic and stylish places with its different color alternatives. If used in exterior, it limits solar heat input into the building, control the extreme brightness of the sun, offers a comfortable working and living environment. Laminated glass, toughened glass, heat strengthened glass, enameled glass, bent glass, coated glass, acid etched glass, sandblasted glass and mirror can be produced by applying secondary processes to tinted glass.

We can apply Georgian bars into IGU systems in order to give a decorative and elegant look to your windows. Georgian bars with colors of white, gold, silver, and any other color compatible with the color of your window can be applied into IGUs. Georgian bars have widths of either 18 mm or 26 mm.

Position of the venetian blinds between insulated double glazing prevents any physical intervention. It also ensures that blinds are not dusted, contaminated and affected by weather conditions. Thus, it does not require any maintenance and cleaning. Argon gas is filled between double glazing in all our products with venetian blinds. Argon gas both increases heat insulation and ensures smooth operation of the system. All kinds of qualified glass types (Low-E, tempered, laminated, etc.) and thickness (5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm etc.) can be used in IGU units with venetian blinds.
