Customized Solutions with Certified Quality - Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger

The EGR cooler, developed in close collaboration with our customers for medium-speed and slow-speed engines, ensures that the recirculated exhaust gas is mixed with air for the combustion process at the lowest possible temperature. EGR coolers are a fundamental component of EGR systems for the new generation of engines, which already meet future emission requirements set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), EURO, and others. We have created various designs of coolers according to different requirements for EGR coolers for 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. The patented design for 4-stroke engines with a high-pressure EGR system allows for the cooling of exhaust gases, some of which have temperatures exceeding 700 °C, down to 50 °C.
