GEI polyester grating offers high resistance in industrial and public sectors. It has numerous advantages: Easy to cut Load-bearing in both directions Non-conductive for electricity Low thermal conductivity Resistant to corrosion, weather, and UV rays Excellent chemical resistance Option for M1/F1 classification (fire resistance, non-toxic smoke) Option for R13 classification (anti-slip) Molded polyester grating is made from resin reinforced with fiberglass. It consists of 65% resin for chemical and UV resistance, and 35% fiberglass for high mechanical strength. GEI offers three types of resin to meet different levels of resistance to chemical aggression: Isophthalic resin, gray RAL 7035 or green RAL 6010 Vinylester resin, orange RAL 2002 Orthophthalic resin.

Electroforged grating consists of twisted square insert bars, which are electrically welded into the load-bearing bars. The welding at each intersection between the load-bearing and insert bars ensures extreme strength and robustness. It is particularly suited for locations where structural modifications are frequent or where re-cutting is necessary. Electroforged grating is commonly used in various industrial sectors. For optimal non-slip surfaces, the electroforged grating can be produced in a serrated version, applied only to the load-bearing bars.

Thanks to its numerous model varieties and usage possibilities, pressed grating offers great flexibility in terms of dimensions, mesh configuration, and the height and thickness of the load-bearing bars. The materials used are also varied, allowing for adaptation to every need, whether industrial or architectural. GEI pressed grating is characterized by the assembly of insert bars, pressed into pre-notched load-bearing bars. Its framing is then carried out in the form of a 'flat' or 'T' profile, fixed by welding, and the entire structure can be hot-dip galvanized according to the current EN ISO 1461 standards.
