Sheets and rolls

The quality of surface finishing depends heavily on preparation. Using Tyrolit's paper rolls, sheets, or cloth rolls and sheets ensures optimal results, whether grinding by hand or with an orbital sander. Hand machining is ideal for wood, paint, or lacquer, and effective for light deburring. For perfect intermediate sanding, the orbital sander is recommended, also suitable for finishing coatings and smoothing composites. Tyrolit offers various paper and cloth rolls and sheets for diverse applications, enabling easy, flexible, and efficient machining of almost any material. Tyrolit's range includes universal premium paper rolls with semi-open grain distribution for dry grinding plastic, wood, paints, and lacquers. Premium paper sheets with latex backing are optimal for wet and dry finishing of steel, non-ferrous metals, wood, and lacquers. Fleece rolls and sheets are perfect for polishing surfaces. Sheet metal rolling is the process by which we give the processed material a certain shape. In our company this is done in the range of 3000mm length and 25mm thickness. Rolled sheets can be used in many industries, including car manufacturing, shipbuilding, metal furniture production, as well as in the construction and electronics industries.
