Chain belts are used in a variety of applications. - Ovens and fryers - Grill tunnels - Freezing tunnels - Shrink film tunnels The KE chain belts are characterized by: - Drive using toothed drive wheels, preventing slippage of the belt - A straight belt run is ensured by the positioned chain wheels and by the chains, which are always "pre-tensioned in pairs" - Preferred belt support in herringbone pattern - The open structure makes this belt easy to clean - High tensile strength-to-weight ratio (depending on width, Ø rod, and tensile strength) - Wide permeability range from very dense to very open - Since the belt is driven by chain wheels, no belt control is necessary - A chain belt should never be used under (high) tension - The combination of load – width – Ø connecting cross rod must always be well coordinated.
