Rapid Forming - Unlimited possibilities with limited deadlines

In addition to conventional mold manufacturing through hand molding or machine molding, we can offer you the creation of casting molds and cores in the individual part and small series sector using the Rapid Forming process. Without the need for prior production of a model setup, we can produce complete casting molds in the shortest time through additive manufacturing after a constructive adjustment of your 3D data of the desired casting part. The Rapid Forming process is particularly suitable for: • very short deadlines • the development stage (no model costs) • fundamentally very delicate and complex geometries Moreover, the process is not limited to small cast parts but is currently suitable for molds with dimensions (LxWxH) 4,000 x 2,000 x 1,000 millimeters. Contact us! Our knowledgeable staff is happy to assist you with all matters related to Rapid Forming.
