Our hat-making studio, Studio GRIMEL, is a workshop dedicated to the design and manufacturing of hats, caps, and head accessories. Designers, creators, stylists, costume designers, turn to our creative hat-making services! HAT DESIGN Benefit from over 15 years of experience in modeling, fashion design, and prototyping hats and caps. Based on your drawing or concept, we study the shape and finishes, integrating quality grade and style according to your needs. Each model is crafted from materials of your choice for the fabric, and from our hat materials for hat models. Your hat and cap patterns can be digitized into Lectra files, facilitating your international production on your own. Your files and technical sheets are prepared in English upon request. Our products are 100% designed and manufactured in France in our workshops. HAT PRODUCTION Custom work, small series production, and molding on forms, sewn straw, cut-and-sewn. Working with felts, straws, fabrics, and straw braids. Quality grades range from mid-range to high-end and luxury. Careful finishes and hand-stitching.
