The design and manufacturing of the components of the H.VIR® porthole is entirely carried out in our workshops: Study: Definition of the need, creation of plans, product testing and qualifications. Optical window: production of fluorinated crystals, machining and optical polishing. Mechanics: production of the frame components, laser engraving. Assembly: bonding the optical window into its frame, assembling the various elements. The manufacturing ranges are described and documented; the processes used are stabilized and periodically audited by external organizations: UL and Bureau Veritas. Each H.VIR porthole receives an individual anti-corrosion laser marking: - Identifying the model, - Ensuring its traceability, - Certifying its compliance. Packaging: Specific packaging with foam trays containing the porthole and the necessary seals for assembly. Specially designed to integrate into production lines.
