SIMON DUTRIAUX

The Simon-Dutriaux establishments, located near Lens in Pas-de-Calais, are the result of the merger of two companies: Simon, founded in 1886 and initially specialized in marinated products, and Dutriaux, founded in 1935, which focused on fish smoking. We joined the Floridienne group in 2008. This Belgian group currently holds a leading position at both the European and global levels in the agri-food industry (specifically festive food products), biotechnology, the manufacture of natural products, the production of stabilizers, and chemistry. Our clientele is primarily divided between GMS (Large and Medium-Sized Retailers) under the name Simon and various specialized wholesalers in HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) with adapted packaging. Our sweet smoked herring fillets, smoked mackerel, rollmops, and some of our spreads have held the "Saveur en Or" label for almost a decade for some products. To date, our production site spans 3,000 square meters with a team of around 60 qualified individuals processing just over 3,000 tons of finished products annually in modern facilities equipped with cutting-edge agri-food technology and adhering to food safety standards. Furthermore, we are certified by various organizations, including IFS, which is an audit reference.
