The company SDC specializes in the design and manufacturing of tooling for injection molding. Located in the Rhône-Alpes region near Lyon, we also design and produce metal molds for the manufacturing of plastic, rubber, or silicone parts, as well as regulated channel blocks, also known as BCR or cold blocks. This tooling is used on injection presses for rubber and silicone. We operate in various industrial sectors: automotive, energy, nuclear, construction, agri-food, pharmaceuticals, special machinery, public works, and cosmetics. Our team of mold toolmakers includes a design office and a methods office equipped with 3D CAD and CAM software. We are equipped for precision mechanics (turning and milling of metals, sinker electrical discharge machining, machining of steel, drilling of metals and titanium, aluminum, copper alloys). We have a complete machine park including machining centers, one of which is high-speed, UGV, as well as a 400 T press for rubber injection (prototyping or small series). Thanks to our partnership with CETIM, we have access to a continuous 5-axis machining center for machining undercut shapes. We operate in France, export to Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, England, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium), and internationally (Mexico, China, United States).
