La Savonnerie d’Armor has been located in Trégueux in the Côtes d’Armor since 2014, offering its expertise in the formulation and manufacturing of delicately scented soaps intended for the high-end cosmetics sector. Based on our clients' specifications, we are able to select the active ingredients, soap bases, colorants, and fragrances to conduct trials on our pilot equipment: a extruder and a semi-automatic molding machine. We can offer a wide range of formulations, mold shapes, and the customization of soaps through engraving that reflects your company’s image. The design of our new industrial soap production line allows us to cater to small and medium-sized batches. This line consists of a mixer with a capacity of 150 Kg, a roller, two extruders with a vacuum chamber, a cutter, and an automatic molder. All our molds are refrigerated to achieve optimal finishing. Our packaging options are varied: • shrink film packaging with automatic label application. • flowpack packaging. • box packaging. We pay special attention to the quality and finishing of our soaps by implementing an HACCP approach. Traceability is ensured by printing batch numbers on all our packaging.
