Fluitec Contiplant Pipe Reactor

The modular Contiplant system is based on the continuously operated Fluitec mixer-heat exchangers. The transition from the discontinuous, batch-wise process to a continuous reaction management can be easily tested and economically evaluated with the Fluitec Contiplant system thanks to its modular design. Often, significant economic potentials can be identified, stemming from higher concentration, better temperature control, and other so-called measures of process intensification. These can be fully utilized from laboratory scale to technical implementation, thanks to the excellent heat exchange performance of the Fluitec Contiplant modules.
