Mold Construction

To ensure a smooth process, we manufacture your prototypes in our in-house workshop. In collaboration with long-standing regional partner companies, we handle the design, feasibility, and production of your thermoforming tools. Typically, we create a suitable CNC milling fixture for each thermoforming mold, specifically tailored to our equipment and requirements. For your plastic parts, we can provide polished/tempered aluminum molds, KH molds, Ureol, and wooden molds upon request. Cost-optimized and always focused on your advantage.
