Our company was founded in 2011; it is a family business with an annual turnover of approximately 3 million euros. Currently, we focus on processing various types of pits: olive, peach, avocado, among others. The maximum capacity of the factory is to process 40,000 tons of organic waste. BONE DRYER. With clear ideas regarding technology and always betting on new investments, our factory has a large bone dryer with a capacity of 15 tons/hour. We are currently implementing improvements for bones applied to the sports sector, which we are already marketing. Production Process Recycling of Organic Materials. Olive Pit Process 1- The olive becomes oil. In collaboration with the oil cooperatives of Córdoba, Albacete, and Jaén, which currently have more than 2,300 members, olive pit harvest campaigns are created each year. BIO RECYCLING in our factory in Jaén, with a capacity of 40,000 tons of pits and organic waste, we participate in the campaign every year. 2- The WASHING MACHINE and conveyor belt help us transport the pits and remove the olive skin stuck to the pit after its last pressing. 3- THE SCALE AND HOPPER. The olive is weighed on the scale and then transported by the conveyor belt to the hopper, from which it passes through tubes to the oil mill.
