Indianer Beer - Craft Beer Production

The Indianer, named in homage to the residents of the neighborhood where the brewery is located, is a traditional Alsatian blonde! Brewed with two grains and Triskel, a 100% Alsatian hop, it is an extraordinarily refreshing beer. Its color is golden with a beautiful foam that enhances it once served. The aromas developed by the hops, combined with the malts used, provide a subtle balance that masterfully blends the fruity side of the beer, its body, and its dryness at the finish. Unfortunately, Pilsners tend to be viewed as a subgenre due to large industrial brewers. Yet, they are the most challenging beers to brew. The Indianer is a great source of pride for us!
