Insulating bushings, bearing bushings, spacers/holders, insulating discs ETTINGER GmbH offers a wide range of mechanical components for electronics manufacturing. The application determines the material, which is available in a large selection in the ETTINGER program. Particular emphasis is placed on the precision of the parts, which are delivered by manufacturers according to strict ETTINGER specifications – or produced in-house. ETTINGER's in-house production manufactures turned parts with the highest precision, primarily for custom drawing parts – a total of 6 million pieces in 2015. To ensure that the precision items are also "well tightened" and meet the requirements according to in-house quality standards and the RoHS directive, the parts are checked with an X-ray fluorescence measuring device for surface quality, content, and thickness of galvanic coatings.
