Pre-treated sheets

To achieve the best results in powder coating and wet painting, thorough pre-treatment of the components is essential. We remove foreign and inherent surface contaminants such as dirt, grease, oils, or corrosion products. We have a state-of-the-art cross-flow pre-treatment system. The flexibility of the system allows us to process the following substrates in batch operation without setup times: • Steel and steel alloys • Hot-dip galvanized steel • Sendzimir galvanized steel • Stainless steel • Aluminum alloys as well as magnesium alloys For the sake of the environment, we implement the process without wastewater – thanks to the use of modern evaporation systems. In 2022, we established our own blasting facility for large parts to expand our capacities, portfolio, and especially to improve the quality of galvanized components.
