The safety officer's role is to promote safety and prevention on-site. They provide expertise in all areas of prevention to optimize the quality of the construction site. They are involved both before and during the execution to anticipate and protect your employees. They oversee the safety aspects of the site and serve as the link between the work teams and regulatory and prevention organizations such as CSPS, CRAMIF, and labor inspection. The safety officer has a monitoring role and adapts the prevention approach throughout the project's evolution (adjusting operational methods, managing the flow of changes...).
