PODERI MORETTI, a historic company in Italy, is the natural evolution of a family business, resulting from the union of the Moretti and Occhetti families, who have been present in Roero since the 17th century. The cultivation of the land, and in particular the fine production of wine, has always been a family tradition, proudly passed down from father to son over the centuries to this day. Our ancestors, who overcame adversities, wars, crises, and famines with courage and tenacity, have instilled in us a respect and love for the land, as well as the passion that has always guided our work; we will always commit ourselves to the constant pursuit of quality in our wines, respecting tradition while looking towards the future, in order to pass these values on to the generations that will follow. Currently, the company, with its winery and vineyards in the municipality of Monteu Roero and land in the neighboring municipalities of Montaldo Roero, Santo Stefano Roero, Vezza d’Alba, and Govone, totaling 38 hectares of which 20 are vineyards, is directly managed by Francesco Moretti, assisted by his children Alessandra and Riccardo. The Agricultural and Wine Company PODERI MORETTI produces the following fine wines: Langhe Nebbiolo D.O.C. Occhetti - Roero Riserva D.O.C.G.
