Few companies have managed to be a benchmark for so long in the footwear components sector, specializing in soles, since 1959, when PLASTICUERO was founded as a die-cutting company. Since then, continuous evolution, the analysis of new materials, and quality have been the main reasons for the company's growth. As a result of the above, we lead the manufacturing of EVA soles in Spain, having acquired in 2004 the first specialized machinery for processing this innovative material, which allows for the creation of lighter, more durable, and flexible soles. Since that moment, we have multiplied our production of this type of sole by 6, with 84 positions and 26 injectors, generating work for an average of 80 people. Currently, we have over 4,000 square meters dedicated to the weekly production of 45,000 pairs, operating 24 hours a day. Our significant competitive advantage: Once the soles are injected, they undergo an internal Quality Control process, ensuring the stability of the soles to a maximum of 1mm, thus improving the quality of our product. Additionally, we offer our SERVICE PLUS, which includes sections for TRIMMING, SANDING, PRIMING, GLUING, PAINTING, EDGING, and SEWING, saving time in the production of your footwear by covering all your needs within a delivery period of 20 days.
