WNZ 200 / 600 - Shredding

Granulators, or knife mills, are typically used as secondary grinders in a multi-stage recycling plant. The material has already been pre-shredded. Now, it needs to be granulated to the desired final size. Therefore, the rotor speeds are higher. A material cylinder is not necessary. All machines feature a robust steel construction, easy access for maintenance, and high throughput rates. The most common applications include secondary grinding of films, containers, thin-walled pipes, profiles, bumpers, injection molding waste, or stamped parts.
