PE Film Polyethylene film is a highly elastic bundle film for packaging units. We prepare the PE film so that you can optimally further process it with or without corona treatment and on request with hot-needle perforation, a glossy or matt finish, as centre-folded film or with anti-static treatment. We have been designing and producing UL labels for well-known industrial companies since 1990. The requirements and regulations are very complex and may require a detailed consultation in order to explain the UL-compliant marking and the different application programs. Bizerba offers you various solutions: For multicolored preprints, paper or film labels with a permanent, special acrylate-based adhesive can be used. Another alternative with particularly resistant properties is our polyethylene film-based synthetic paper label. It combines the print quality of coated paper with the robustness of a high performance film: The label is tearproof and resistant against water, grease and chemicals.
