OR.P. Stampi has been a manufacturer of molds for technical rubber items since 1980. It employs modern CNC machinery, milling machines, lathes, and electrical discharge machining for the production of its injection and compression molds, cold channel systems, nano nozzles, bi-nozzles, cold channel bi-material molds, and LSR molds. In addition to creating O-ring molds and components for various sectors, OR.P. Stampi is at the forefront of continuous study and development for systems aimed at reducing mix waste, which is unfortunately generated continuously, thus helping to optimize the management costs of production. OR.P. Stampi has a CAD & CAM department that studies, develops, and assists in the realization of molds, including sampling tests of various rubber items, carried out on its most modern vertical and horizontal presses. Most molds are tested before shipment to minimize subsequent adjustments, ensuring immediate productivity of the mold.
