Lubrication of rolling bearings at operating temperatures of -50°C to +180°C For long-term lubrication of temperature-stressed electric motor bearings, e.g. in household appliances or of bearings which are to start up easily at low temperatures Initial lubrication of roller bearings, such as ball bearings that are open, closed on one side, or sealed off on both sides Advantages and benefits Broad range of uses outside normal grease performance areas Reduces wear and friction High resistance to oxidation Wide operating temperature range and good low-temperature properties Very good corrosion protection Very good compatibility with most plastics and elastomers

Lubrication of rolling and friction bearings, as well as other machine elements at medium rotating speeds or sliding speeds in a broad temperature range For example, electric motors, drives, control systems and telecommunication and navigation systems under arctic conditions, Bowden cables and brake mechanisms in aircraft, sliding parts in shock-freezing systems etc. Lubricating grease for plastic/plastic and plastic/metal pairs and elastomers For plastic sliding coatings in bridge supports and as a parting agent in plastics processing Advantages and benefits Highly effective due to optimum formula Broad temperature range with a wide range of possible uses Excellently suited for lubricating plastics and elastomers Lubricating grease resistant to ageing, especially at low temperatures

Lubrication of parts subject to high levels of stress such as plain, roller and rod-end bearings, spindles and guideways Advantages and benefits Highly suitable for high-stressed lubrication points Highly effective caused by optimal combination of components Saving of maintenance and lubrication costs by reducing downtimes and corrective maintenance Reduction of down times due to wearFor highest effectiveness, carefully clean the lubrication point, for example with OKS 2610 or OKS 2611 universal cleaner. Before filling for first time, remove anticorrosion agent. Fill bearing such that all functional surfaces are certain of being greased. Fill normal bearings up to about 1/3 of the free space inside the bearing. Low-speed bearings (DN value below 50 000) and their housings should be filled completely. The bearing and machine manufacturer´s instructions should be observed. Subsequent lubrication at the lubrication nipples by grease gun or by automatic lubrication system.

Lubrication of dirt-sensitive sliding points in mechanisms Assembly lubrication with large lubricant reservoir, e.g. chucks in which a supplemental relubrication at longer intervals with grease guns is possible Advantages and benefits Excellently suited for dirt-free assembly and long-term lubrication Highly effective due to optimum solid lubricant combination Broad range of uses in area of parts sensitive to soiling Low consumption due to formation of highly effective lubricating films Good corrosion protection behaviour For best adhesion, clean contamination and other lubricants from thread and slide surfaces. Best way is to clean mechanically first (for example, with a wire brush) and then with OKS 2610 or OKS 2611 universal cleaning agent. Use a brush, spatula or similar to apply evenly a suitable quantity of paste to the head or nut contact surface and to the thread. The paste will also act as a sealant. Do not use paste instead of grease and mix only with suitable lubricants.

Lubrication of closing devices and taps, as well as ground joints in industrial vacuum and laboratory equipment, if the consistency of other OKS silicone greases is insufficient Advantages and benefits No carbonization, no melting, steam pressure stays negligible up to +200°C Nearly constant consistency between -30 and +200°C No corrosive influence on metals and no softening influence on rubber and plastics Good resistance against solvents and excellent resistance against numerous chemical agents Resistive to cold and hot water, acetone, ethanol, ethylenglycole, glycerine and methanol, most of diluted bases and acids mineral and vegetable oils and numerous organic compounds and almost all usual gases
