Founded in 1994, OKIN, which means "baker" in Basque, is a family-owned business located on the Basque coast. We are exclusively bakers. Since our inception 25 years ago, and even today, we remain true to bread. Bread is the food we believe in and the foundation of our diet. We continue to grow, paying attention to every detail of our most classic breads, while striving to create new recipes and new families that meet more specific needs. We were born making ciabattas and we stay true to our roots: by improving quality, expanding our range of rustic breads, and sharing this rustic expertise with our other ranges. We are a family business dedicated to making bread, without shortcuts or secret ingredients. Over the past 25 years, our evolution and development have relied entirely on our efforts.
