Since 16 years, Norbert Nsabimana, founder of the Next Step Institute, has been supporting managers and their teams through training and coaching, both in Belgium and abroad. The mission of Next Step is to help managers and their teams adopt the right mindset, effective strategies, and develop their skills to impact the lives of their companies, their clients, and their surroundings. Our approach is based on guiding our clients to acquire the key skills needed to take charge of a team and lead it to the desired results in the most efficient way possible, using the tools best suited to your resources. To achieve this, we use the following tools: 1. Consulting or Mentoring to support you in a constantly evolving technological and economic environment that requires you to continuously improve your personal leadership and your approach to teams. 2. Coaching (with a posture of a certified professional coach based on questioning) to help you overcome your obstacles (lack of self-confidence, fears, conflicts) regarding the development of your business. 3. Training to enable you to acquire the necessary skills, become autonomous, and add value in your communication, negotiations, and management. 4. Inspiring conferences online or at your company on transforming obstacles into opportunities (resilience).
