NEMO® BO/BS Funnel Eccentric Screw Pump

The NEMO® BO/BS hopper eccentric screw pump is equipped with a feed hopper, a coupling rod with a conveying screw, and a packing chamber to optimize the product supply to the conveying elements. It is used in environmental technology as well as in the food and chemical industries. This pump is particularly suitable for shear-sensitive, both lubricating and non-lubricating, thixotropic, dilatant, highly viscous, and crumbly media that do not form bridges. It is also ideal for viscous to non-free-flowing media, regardless of whether they contain solids or not. The main difference between the BO and BS types lies in the design of the feed hopper: the BO type has a rectangular feed hopper, while the BS type is equipped with a square feed hopper. Both pump types are suitable for the continuous, pressure-stable, gentle, and pulsation-free conveying of media in almost all industries. The special design ensures improved product supply to the conveying elements. Additionally, the eccentric screw pump allows for a speed-proportional dosing of most media. Its compact block design and the directly flanged drive contribute to the pump's cost-effectiveness.
