We repair worn, scratched, scuffed, corroded fork tubes or those with minor dents, but unfortunately, we cannot straighten twisted or bent tubes. Method: Cylindrical grinding between centers for finishing. Hard chrome plating with an additional layer of chrome for grinding. Final grinding to original specifications (on CNC machine) - Finishing polishing. Result: Repair to original measurements (dimensions) without ovalization or deformations. Significant chrome thickness ensuring protection and longevity. Conditions: The tubes must be disassembled by you, including the fork legs for inverted forks. The tubes cannot be bent beyond 0.5 mm (we can straighten). For corrosion exceeding 1 mm in diameter, we will have to decline. In practice: Dropped off on-site or shipped by post (Colissimo/Bpost), once the work is completed, we will notify you and ship it back. Lead time: 2 to 3 weeks.
