Metarom France is a family-owned SME specializing in the creation, manufacturing, and distribution of aromatic solutions and caramels for the food industry. Rooted in the sweet food market and active in the food ingredient sector, the company, located in Boves (80), in the Hauts-de-France region, is driven by its values of sustainability, safety, and ethics. Its 140 employees represent 45 different professions. As the first French company dedicated exclusively to creating aromatic solutions and caramels for food industry professionals, Metarom brings health and indulgence to food and creates unique aromatic signatures for all generations. Creating aromatic signatures that meet and anticipate consumer tastes and requirements are the top challenges tackled by the teams at Metarom France. The Marketing department closely and consistently monitors the evolution of the market segments it covers: sweet products and beverages. The R&D creation team then takes over for the formulation and development phase of these signatures. The company has its own extraction workshop on the Boves site. This allows it to control part of the origin and selection of the raw materials that make up the aromas it produces.
