Becker GmbH Metal Processing was founded in 1996 in Dautphetal. In 2001, the company moved to its own manufacturing and office facilities at the current location in Biedenkopf. In a relatively short period, the production and storage areas have been expanded to 6,000 m² today. A large park of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines is available for production. Induction hardening, complete assemblies, and fixtures for machines and components are some of the tasks carried out by experienced mbb employees. Production and disposal are conducted according to strict environmental standards. The energy required for manufacturing is sometimes completely generated and supplied by the company's own solar systems. Using modern CNC-controlled machines, we manufacture custom workpieces and assemblies according to drawing specifications. This includes processing cast parts or semi-finished products provided by customers. Of course, we also take care of material procurement and the organization of further processing steps, such as surface and heat treatment. In addition to our capabilities in turning and milling technology, we also handle complete or partial assemblies of our own and supplied components. Accompanying consulting, the creation of necessary drawings, or the design of components are often utilized options by our customers.
