Merecs Engineering GmbH specializes in the areas of test automation, software development, and test equipment construction. Our range of services extends from requirement definition through the concept phase, implementation, training & commissioning both domestically and internationally, to comprehensive support and maintenance of the test systems. For example, these include: - End-of-Line test systems - Lifetime test benches - Development test benches - Climate & temperature test benches - Leakage test benches (gas/hydrogen) - Test benches for inclination sensors / multi-axis motion simulation - Test benches for power electronics & E-charging stations We can connect the test systems to our customers' IT infrastructure (databases / ERP systems) in coordination with them. Using Python and Microsoft PowerBI, we implement automated analyses of test & production data upon request. For this purpose, we create well-structured dashboards that are always available online in the company network to visualize important key figures such as First Pass Yield (FPY), process capability, statistics, and more. As a National Instruments Alliance Partner, we use NI-TestStand as a test management tool and NI-LabVIEW for software development. Our certified and experienced software architects and developers have an extensive library of software modules that are used in the field of test automation and beyond. Additionally, we utilize C/C++ in the embedded area when microcontrollers are employed.
