Melle et une Pâte is a pasta manufacturer based in Melle, near the Marais Poitevin (79). We produce high-quality dry and fresh pasta using local raw materials. Our pasta is unique, and we offer original flavors: wild garlic, seaweed, nettle, saffron, angelica, porcini, spirulina, hemp, peppermint, and Espelette pepper. We take pride in guaranteeing the true quality of our products. Part of our range is labeled "Bleu Blanc Cœur," a recognized initiative by the State that promotes product traceability while considering the environment, all at an accessible price. Our clients: U Enseigne, Intermarché, E.Leclerc, gourmet grocery stores, local authorities, restaurants, … Our awards: - In 2021, the jury of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Deux-Sèvres awarded Melle et une Pâte for its innovation in local proximity commerce in rural areas with the "Top Companies" trophy. - In 2022, the jury of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented Melle et une Pâte with the Mercure d’Or for the national commerce and services challenge 2022. This award highlights commercial innovation with the production of 100% biodegradable and compostable artisanal straws.
