Shrink nylon gains its holding strength through exposure to heat and subsequent natural cooling, which causes the film to harden. When the film cools, you achieve high holding strength both longitudinally and transversely. This ensures high stability of products or pallets during shipping and in storage. Shrink nylon is used for both automatic and manual packaging of palletized products, as well as for packaging tray and non-tray products. It is the most commonly used form of packaging for products such as water, beverages, canned goods, films, books, magazines, appliances, or construction materials like bricks or cement.
