Vacuum Treatment

The vacuum heat treatment of tools and components is now considered state-of-the-art. In addition to minimal distortion, components hardened in a vacuum also feature metallic shiny surfaces, resulting in low post-processing costs. Thanks to the possibility of hot bath simulation, even larger components with significant cross-sectional differences can be optimally hardened in terms of distortion and dimensional accuracy.
