The Touptek USB camera with C-Mount thread is a simple and high-quality way to upgrade microscopes and telescopes to digital systems. The USB camera replaces or complements the standard eyepiece of a microscope. The included software with a German user interface allows for measurements and image annotations, single image and video recordings - ideal for quality control and assurance, use as a teaching tool, for demonstration purposes and presentations, in schools, hobbies, and professions. The integrated Aptina CMOS sensor 1/3" (4.80x3.70 mm) with significantly improved image geometry, contrast, and sensitivity provides sharp images even at the edges with a pixel size of 3.6 x 3.6 µm. The LCMOS also features an integrated cache that buffers frames to enable smooth image transmission. Fast data transfer and power supply occur via a single cable through USB 2.0. An integrated IR filter protects the sensor.
