Our rolling technology enhances the shaping possibilities for pipes with minimal tooling effort. All drives are designed to be servo-electric and can be CNC-controlled if needed. In our forming machines of type SRM, all adjustment parameters are stored, eliminating the need for complex adjustments. Various tool variations expand the processing options to include non-cutting separation or trimming. The machines can create external and internal contours and can also roll synchronously (inside/outside) using a special tool head. Pipe diameter: 6 - 22 mm Wall thickness: max. 1 mm Processing length: max. 40 mm Cycle time: 4 - 10 sec. RPM: 300 - 1000
