Like all of our labelling systems, this model has a modular design and can be expanded at any time. The advantages such as low set-up costs, high availability and multiple use in different production lines are obvious. The adaptation to the different products takes place by simple adjustment of the machine components and is possible without tools. The VRM-DS model includes a 3-roller turning station and can be used for an output of up to 60 products per minute. It is characterised by the highest labelling accuracy and can optionally align the products using a welding seam, print mark or other feature before labelling (target zone labelling). For larger quantities of up to 250 products/ min the VRM-RB model is used. Model: VRM-DS | Cylindrical and quadratic products | up to 60 products/min VRM-RB | Cylindrical and quadratic products | up to 250 products/min VRM-DSRB | Cylindrical and quadratic products | up to 250 products/min

The containers are picked up by the in feed star wheel and transferred to the container table. The container rotation begins when they are positioned between container plates and centering bells. The speed of the feed roller is adjusted to the required label length for continuous web tension. A standard threading unit ensures optimal film feed. In the cutting unit, the labels are precisely cut while a PLC command and servo-motor provide an exact cut-off point. Two narrow strips of hot melt glue the labels together, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges. The label with the glue strip on its leading edge is transferred to the container. This glue strip ensures an exact label positioning and a positive bond. As the container is rotated during label transfer, labels are applied tightly. Gluing of the trailing edge ensures proper bonding. Process: In feed bottle → pre-position →label cutting → gluing → labeling → label by press out → finish

The Accraply Shrink Sleeve Models RF150 & RF250 are compact, operator friendly and easy to maintain shrink sleeve applicators that can be used to apply full body or tamper-evident bands to a variety of container shapes and sizes. Shrinkable material is cut to length and synchronously applied at conveyor speeds for the best possible material-to-container placement accuracy. Oval, round and square containers made of plastic, glass, or metal can be handled at speeds up to 150 (RF150) or 250 (RF250) per minute at a 30mm cut-length. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, or PLA can be run at thicknesses between 40 to 70 microns. The RF Series applicators may be easily customised to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules. Change parts for the RF Series applicators are low cost items that can be fitted in minutes without the need for tools, keeping downtime to a minimum.
