LÉGUM'PARTY - LE GOUESSANT

Légum’party is the brand of processed vegetables from the Coopérative Le Gouessant. Involved since 1964 in the tuber vegetable sector, the range of vegetables (from our network of members) is intended for the Out-of-Home Catering (RHD). Two ranges of potatoes are offered, characterized by two cooking levels: blanched and cooked. These products are guaranteed non-pasteurized, without preservatives, additives, or auxiliaries. Légum’party uses a unique process with low-temperature cooking before packaging, which helps avoid exudate in the bags (no rinsing or draining) and preserves the organoleptic qualities of the vegetables. The vegetables, marketed under the Légum’party brand, are guaranteed 100% French. They are available in four cuts: slice, half-slice, cube, and wedge. The labels "Pomme de Terre de France" and "Produit en Bretagne" guarantee the origin and traceability of the products. To ensure its supplies, Le Gouessant prioritizes contributions from its member cooperators, supported by the technical service from plant selection to harvest. A guarantee of quality, transparency, and trust now dedicated to the RHD.
