About us

LE SAUZET specializes in the production of organic products. Our company consists of two activities: The vineyard operation with Domaine LOU PAS D’ESTRECH, where we have been producing organic wines since 1984, and the creation of SAUZET in the same spirit of authenticity with high-quality organic vinegar production. Today, we are able to offer a wide range of both natural and flavored vinegars, ensuring traceability and the geographical origin of our raw materials. The establishment of SAUZET led to the custom production of organic vinegars in 1987, using wine from our vineyard. All our products are guaranteed organic and certified by ECOCERT SAS.FR-BIO-01. We offer a private label range for large distribution. We participate every year in the SIAL and SIRAH trade shows at the "SUD DE FRANCE" stand, where we will be happy to present and let you taste our products.
