Drôme Garlic is a Economic Interest Group (GIE) established in 1995 through the initiative of farmers specialized in garlic and shallot cultivation, aimed at uniting their efforts for the marketing and development of the sector. Thus, our group masters the quality of its production, from planting to consumption. A know-how enriched by over 50 years of experience, combined with the passion of our producers, the sun, and the Provençal mistral, guarantees you a product with exceptional terroir. Moreover, the use of varieties suited to the local climate provides an additional quality assurance. Our committed producers prioritize direct links with buyers by participating in the marketing of their products both in France and abroad. Consequently, Drôme Garlic exports a portion of its production to over 30 countries worldwide, while being involved in maintaining short sales circuits with local French partners. - Certified garlic and shallot plants, - Consumption garlic and shallot.
