Solution for partially filled pipes The TIDALFLUX 2000 flow sensor with integrated and non-contact capacitive level measuring system provides accurate flow measurement in partially filled pipes. TIDALFLUX is designed to measure reliably between 10% and 100% of the pipe cross section. The OPTISONIC 3400 is a 3-path ultrasonic inline flowmeter designed for a wide range of standard or more demanding process applications with homogeneous, non-viscous aqueous liquids as well as viscous fluids of up to over 1000 cSt. It is also the perfect choice for applications with cryogenic products (as low as -200°C / -328°F), media with extended temperature ranges (up to +250°C / +482°F) as well as low or extreme pressure ratings. Based on the transit time method, the 3 parallel acoustic paths of the flowmeter allow bi-directional measurement independent of flow profile for high accuracy even under less favourable flow profile conditions (e.g. short inlet and outlet runs). By means of the velocity of sound, the device is also able to identify process changes or liquid pollution. Its fully welded construction does not cause any pressure loss and is maintenance-free. The OPTISONIC 7300 is a universal 2-path ultrasonic gas flowmeter for process and utility gas measurements in oil and gas refineries or the chemical or petrochemical industries. It is also suitable for non-custody transfer natural gas applications or applications with (compressed) air, mixed or flue gases (up to +180°C / +356°F). Using the transit time differential measuring principle, the OPTISONIC 7300 delivers high performance over a wide flow range (up to DN600 / 24", turndown ratio: 100:1). The measured volume flow can always be calculated to standard conditions using the input of temperature and pressure sensors, which can be directly connected to the device. Following the initial calibration, the device provides accurate measuring results (±1% error of measured value). The OPTISONIC 7300 does not have the limitations associated with turbine or other traditional gas flowmeters like periodical recalibrations, maintenance, pressure loss and a limited flow range.

The OPTISONIC 6300 P is a portable, battery-powered ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for temporary flow measurement of (non-)conductive liquids. It can be used at virtually any location and without process interruption or need to cut pipes. Due to its flexibility, the meter is equally suited for comparative measurements on stationary measuring equipment (e.g. pumps, flowmeters etc.) or for use as a short-term replacement of faulty devices. The OPTISONIC 6300 P consists of a combination of one or two clamp-on sensors and one handheld electronic signal converter. The robust clamp-on rail can be easily attached to almost any pipe up to DN1500/160". The readings of the meter are shown on the handheld LCD and are stored in the integrated memory for data logging.
